【Delivery Time】

Generally, products will be shipped within 2-3 working days after 'order confirmation' (working days are Monday to Friday, no shipments can be arranged on weekends and public holidays), and customers will be notified via email after shipment.

During promotional and free shipping periods, holidays, or inclement weather, orders may take longer to process.

After order payment, if you need to change the delivery address/phone number/appointment delivery time, you need to contact SF Express directly.

【Order Cancellation】
Customers cannot cancel orders on their own. If you wish to cancel an order, you can apply by email or directly contact customer service.
Please note that orders that have been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.

1. Can I change the delivery address after successfully placing an order and checking out?
- You can modify it by directly contacting customer service via email before shipment.
- After shipment, you cannot change the delivery address. If you wish to modify it, you can contact SF Express customer service for changes.
 
【Shopping Guidelines】
(Delivery Regulations)
-Please enter the recipient's phone number and delivery address accurately. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, SF Express may charge the customer additional fees.
-Customers who choose to pick up from smart lockers must complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the SMS notification is sent, or SF Express will charge an additional service fee.
-Customers who choose to pick up from SF Express service points or SF Express stations must complete the pickup within the first 2 days after the notification is sent, or SF Express will charge an additional service fee.
-If customers change the delivery method and address after placing an order, they need to contact SF Express for changes, and SF Express may charge additional fees.
-Please confirm the product options and quantities before purchasing. Once payment is successful, you cannot change the product content/add orders/merge orders.
-If customers refuse to accept the package after the order has been shipped, additional costs and shipping fees will be deducted from the payment.
 
(Gift Regulations)
-Sets and gifts included in the order cannot be changed, and random gifts will be arranged for delivery by warehouse staff, please be aware.
 
(SF Service Fees)
-To ensure the smooth flow of packages and service quality, if customers choose to pick up at SF Express service points, SF Express stations, or smart lockers, and fail to complete the pickup within the specified time, they will need to pay the "Return Service" fee.
1. Picking up packages at SF Express service points or SF Express stations
If customers choose to pick up packages at SF Express service points or SF Express stations and fail to complete the pickup within the first 2 days after the SMS/SFHK APP notification is sent, SF Express Hong Kong will charge HKD 10 per day as a "Return Service" fee. The fee will accumulate on a daily basis.
*Days are calculated from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Picking up packages at smart lockers
If customers choose smart lockers and fail to complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the SMS/SFHK APP notification is sent, SF Express Hong Kong will charge HKD 10 for every 24 hours as a "Return Service" fee. The fee will accumulate on a 24-hour basis.

(Additional Fees)
SF Express will charge customers additional fees based on fuel, remote areas, and resource adjustment. These additional fees will also need to be borne by the customer.
