📌Important Notes:
If the selected extra-large compartment of the self-service locker is full when the delivery person makes the delivery, the package will be handled as follows:
1. The package will automatically enter the "full waiting status"; if it cannot be successfully checked in on the same day, arrangements will be made for the next working day (the usual waiting time for self-service lockers is about 1–2 working days).
**Long-term full storage follow-up: If the package has not been successfully delivered to the cabinet for 3-5 consecutive working days, SF Express stores will conduct further internal feedback processing and will attempt to contact the recipient to confirm whether there is a need to change the delivery address or pickup method.**
2. SF Express may reroute the delivery to other self-pickup points or stores with extra-large compartments, depending on the actual situation (no additional fees will be incurred).
SF Express generally does not call recipients to notify them of packages being full.
**Recipients should pay attention to logistics status updates, as the system will display information such as "full waiting list" or "redirected to another pickup point/store." All delivery and redirect arrangements are subject to the final arrangements of SF Express.**
Delivery address change service arrangement
If you need to change to another SF station or SF business point during the delivery period, the sender or recipient must apply to SF for the rerouting, and the related rerouting fees must be paid by the recipient.
The service fee for changing the delivery address (parcel re-delivery) is as follows:
• Parcel rescheduled to local pickup point (including SF Express self-operated points, SF Express self-service lockers and SF Express partner points): HKD/MOP $10 per parcel
• Parcel rescheduled to same-city door-to-door delivery address: HKD/MOP $15 per parcel
